Summary (non‑binding aid): Images for DR and VACANT assignments are automatically deleted 45 days after upload/capture. Please export and remove completed items weekly. Backups run once every two weeks; you must keep your own copies. Housekeeping is critical for system performance.

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the APAN System, including the APAN mobile application, web portals, and related services operated by Agile Advance Sdn Bhd (“Agile Advance”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using APAN, you agree to these Terms.

4.1 Images (DR & VACANT)

  • All images are automatically deleted 45 days after upload/capture for DR and VACANT assignments.
  • The deletion process runs daily.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to download and keep copies needed beyond 45 days.

4.2 Assignment Data

  • Customers should remove completed assignments weekly to avoid unnecessary storage and load.
  • Export reports you need to retain before removal.

Performance: Regular housekeeping (exporting & removing completed items) keeps the platform responsive and reliable for everyone.

Important: Agile Advance is not liable for loss of files or data residing on customer accounts. Restoration, if available, is limited to the last available backup.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agile Advance Sdn Bhd shall have no liability whatsoever for any damages, losses, or claims (whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the use of the APAN System. Customers acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of all data and that the APAN System is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting. Your continued use of the APAN System constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
